All f99 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are calculated and displayed in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to transactions processed via Bangladeshi payment methods.
f99 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotional offer. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may apply and are displayed within the deposit section of your account.
Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your f99 account within two minutes of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the originating institution. f99 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment is made from an account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Any deposits identified as originating from third-party sources will be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
Important: f99 does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activity. Depositing proceeds of crime constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and applicable law.
Withdrawals from your f99 account are subject to the following conditions:
For verified accounts, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within an average of fifteen minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within one to three business days. f99 monitors the withdrawal queue continuously to minimise processing delays.
Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. These limits are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account dashboard. Players who wish to request a limit increase may contact f99 support, subject to satisfactory completion of enhanced verification.
f99 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cricket cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the BPL season. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible games, contribution rates per game category, and time limits are stated in each promotion's individual terms. Slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all, as specified.
f99 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; placing low-risk or mathematically balanced bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; or any strategy designed to exploit promotional terms. All bonuses carry an expiry date or time limit. Bonus funds not used and wagering requirements not met within the specified period will be automatically forfeited. f99 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
All bets and wagers placed on f99 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant product — casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, or crash games. These rules are displayed within each game or market and form part of these Terms by reference.
f99 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error — including as a result of a pricing error, a system malfunction, or a technical fault — regardless of whether the bet appeared to have been accepted. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products on f99. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may be adjusted by f99 at any time without prior notice.
Cricket betting markets on f99 cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. Match result markets are settled using the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In-play markets are subject to real-time trading and may be suspended at any time during a match at f99's discretion. In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, f99 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account, including deposits and winnings, pending the outcome of any investigation. While f99 makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous service, temporary interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
In any event, f99's maximum aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your f99 account in the thirty days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
